Invitation to Apply e-mails

I have a quick question. I received an "Invitation to Apply" e-mail that said that, although my admission was not guaranteed, I would be a "positive contribution". Should I read this as a subtle automatic acceptance or would my acceptance be contingent on other remaining factors?

it's all marketing tactic employed by law schools. i would not attach any meaning to that email.
it would not hurt to apply though. good luck
