GPA
« on: August 26, 2008, 11:07:17 PM »
I know this question has been asked a lot. If I have 18 hours from a 4 year college through correspondence courses how will that weigh into my overall GPA? Will they calculate in with my current GPA with equal weight? Also, I have some confusion on Ws I currently have one from just dropping a class, will this affect my GPA at all although I did not receive a grade for it?

Correspondence courses(I'm assuming online classes), are the exact same as regular classes.  Same weight.  W's on a transcript, have no weight whatsoever on your GPA.  Some people say to write an addendum explaining it.  However, if it's only one W, I don't think you should write one.
