The biggest problem with NESL is that it's a mediocre school in one of the most competitive legal markets where it's competing against some of the best schools on Earth. If you picked the school up and moved it to say... Kansas, it still wouldn't be a great school, but it would look much more palatable. It might need a name change though...
It's pretty much a toss up between Rodger Williams and NESL as to which is better, but I'd take RW just because it's the only school in its state, tiny and feeding into the same major markets as it may be.
