38 years old; out of school 15 years

ok so a bunch of things... i'm 38 and want to go to law school, crazy?
do they admit people older, like me?
how can i get a "pre-law" advisor since I am not in school anymore.
also i am hiv+ and want to mention that in my essay, should i? will it help or harm me?
i have also been umeployed 2 years now.
