does anyone have any information or know where I can find information on tax law/attorneys? I am now considering it and would just like to have more information before I "dive deep".

Hi,
   I am working in a small IT company and my annual salary is less than 1 lakh. I am consufed about filing tax returns. I will be thankful if somenoe please explain me about form 16 and procedure to file of tax. I am totally lost.
