Crap shoot.  Google 'transferapps,' look at the database and start freaking out.  Then go into your T4 classes, say "I'm smarter than these people" as your internal mantra - because you are - and then get out.

I was barely top 25% of my class at a T4, and was able to transfer into a T1. It depends on so many factors, everyones chances will be different.
