Or, people who pierce babies/toddlers' ears, period.  It's horrible to watch (I used to pierce ears and would refuse any child who couldn't get in the chair on their own).  Note to these people: your child is not a pin-cushion!

Also, people who refuse to put their cell phones on vibrate disrupting quieter settings.

How about cell phones whose vibrate setting is as loud as most ringtones?

People who say literally when they don't mean it. 'She literally rolled over in her grave. She was literally in a pickle.' It's strange the number of people use that expression liberally without realizing what it even means.

Oh and people who say/have bumperstickers that say I vote my values. What do you think I vote on, dude? Hairdos?

And ditto on the earlier subway pet peeves.

I've got another one, only it's less a pet peeve and more a "what an idiot!"  People who go on Judge Alex, etc. and admit to something illegal as part of their defense.  "Ummm...I didn't pay the child support because the crop wasn't ready to harvest, so I had no money..."
