Hello all: Based on my GPA/LSAT score where do I have a legitimate chance of being admitted. Just to give some background info about me. I am an African American male who once lived in a homeless shelter and grew up poor. Thanks for any assistance you can provide me.

You're background and stats look tailor-made for the NCCU School of Law.  #1 rated "best value in legal education" by National Jurist and Prelaw Magazine

You'll need to show demonstrable interest in community service to get in with your #'s, but they love "pull yourself up by your bootstrap" stories.

Might want to rethink the Hummer though.  The median starting salary for NCCU grads (the 80% who actually got jobs 9 months post grad) is only about 55K a year

Wow!! 55K is not much at all. I am making 70k (not including bonus) in my present job. If that is the case, then I don't think law school is worthed.

That's the median.  The highest of 2006 was 110K, but I don't think one should go to Law School for the money anyway, and especially not to a non-tier 1 with a history of placement in public-government-small firm employment
