The "N-Word" debate?
« on: July 19, 2008, 07:44:05 PM »
I am sooo tired of turning on the TV and seeing CNN, Headline news and every other media outlet conduct reports/debates on the use of the "N-word."  Why can't America just get over the fact that there is a double standard and always will be?  Open to all.

...niggling with the n word shows nigglers their language reflects upon who they are hour on hour.,..bring it low or rise above...once its said...everyone who hears them knows...the niggler loses power.

I'm fine with the double standard.  I have no use for the word, but I understand how some may have a use for it as a term of endearment.
When a candidate faces the voters he does not face men of sense [but] a mob of men whose chief distinguishing mark is the fact that they are quite incapable of weighing ideas men whose whole thinking is done in terms of emotion. As democracy is perfected the White House will be adorned with a moron.

I like Nas' new album - he really breaks that word down.

What I didn't like was the white chick on The View last week who broke down crying during the debate about it.  WTF???
