my contracts professor said people on average get like 48% of his exam correct, and no one has gotten better than 60%. I'm looking forward to that one 
there's a con law prof who gives two "quizzes" during the semester, they're both 20% of your grade; I got the highest grade in the class on one of them: 31/55. median was like a 21. which is 100% more absurd for the fact that the quiz was all multiple choice.
pretty dumb. the people who do the least-worst on an unfairly difficult test aren't necessarily the people who'd do the most-best on a test that actually reflects the course as taught.
