take that back right now.  my Brownies looked downright respectable out there.  (to be fair, temperature in the Cleve is showing 11 degrees right now, feels like -13 --all bets are off when you're playing on the lakeshore in that kind of cold.)

my contracts professor said people on average get like 48% of his exam correct, and no one has gotten better than 60%.  I'm looking forward to that one 

there's a con law prof who gives two "quizzes" during the semester, they're both 20% of your grade; I got the highest grade in the class on one of them: 31/55.  median was like a 21.  which is 100% more absurd for the fact that the quiz was all multiple choice.


pretty dumb.  the people who do the least-worst on an unfairly difficult test aren't necessarily the people who'd do the most-best on a test that actually reflects the course as taught.

Did the Browns look respectable because of the Steelers' ineptitude?  Even if the Browns did play well, they also lost to the Raiders and Chiefs in succession (plus a couple more).  This is obviously a very bad team.
