Civ Pro exam tomorrow. Willing to swallow jagged, dirty glass if that means I don't have to take it.

I hope my professor just remembers that this curve business is OPTIONAL.

I have to believe that there are professors out there who do not craft an entire exam with the explicit goal of students not being able to answer any of the questions.  I know civ pro pretty well, but that was not civ pro.  I don't even know what it was. :P

Yeah...you'd think there'd be profs like that, but mine is not one of them. He told us that his exam is hard. Flat out said so. WTF is his problem? Why in the hell would you tell us that a week before the exam and freak us all out?

Tomorrow could get very ugly. And the worst part is that there's no time to soothe the wounds because you have to pick up the pieces and start studying for the next final. Ugh.

my contracts professor said people on average get like 48% of his exam correct, and no one has gotten better than 60%.  I'm looking forward to that one  ::)

We have 2 semesters of contracts and civ pro
then Fall, torts and Con Law
Spring, property and crim

Um, yeah, Shel and I just got back from dinner together, and you can see what was the first thing on our minds to do.  It clearly wasn't studying Con Law. :P
