I still think I'm funny. It's just harder to be reasonably certain when tortfeasing is the primary subject of all your jokes.
The fact that you think you're funny when making tortfeasor jokes just adds support for one of my unstated beliefs: law school also makes you slightly delusional.
Other "jokes" that need to stop: adverse possession, things regarding estoppel, FRCP 4 (i.e. "you got served"), anything having to do with reliance/expectancy/restitution, and the like. Those are just ones off the top of my hand.
