Never ever ever use an NYC Broker. Ever. They are the worst.
F*cking bi+ch drinks a 1 oz bottle of goose and thinks she's French
I think I'm on the 9th floor. $1343/mo. Score.
Remind me not to gripe about my Stanford rent. We're paying $1460 for a one bedroom, including utilities. I still think I'm going to choke, but it would only be worse in NYC. Or Cambridge, for that matter.
I'm going to do a remake of "Kiss Me Thru the Phone" with my new NYC landline number. Thoughts?
Oh. I'm just thinking I wouldn't want to move my stuff up to the 9th floor, elevator or no. And I certainly wouldn't make use of the terrace. That would freak me right the @#!* out.But all this talk of rent is making me feel much better about my $595 a month studio.
Imagine how much fun it was for me to move into Manzy on the 12th floor then, huh I've always wanted to live in NYC, but I gotta admit, I feel like I'm getting more hesitant to stay there post-graduation because I think the cost of living is OOC.
