Yes, the correct response is Choice D.  The flawed argument is basically:

Premise 1:  If A then B
Premise 2:  B
Conclusion: Therefore A.

Clearly, an incorrect reversal.  (Or, more accurately, mistaking a necessary condition for a sufficient condition).  The important thing to learn from this question is the roundabout way LSAC states that mistake in Choice D.
