I would not be able to take advantage of the Temple In-State tuition since i'm from outside the Philadelphia area. Why is this new building so important? Everyone keeps talking about it...I won't even be in it until a year from now If I choose to go to Villanova.
These are my conclusions based on the info I've gathered on this site:1) Temple and Villanova are equal in terms of employment prospects within the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.2) Villanova places better than Temple outside of the Pennsylvania area (particularly DC and NY).3) One should attend Temple if you have in-state tuition, otherwise, they are equal.4) Villanova is located in a much better location.Agreed?

Location is really a matter of preference. I'd wager that the crime rate in Nova's neighborhood. COL living is higher. Bland, white 'burbs aren't my thing but hey, different strokes.
