Speaking of vehicular larceny as well as Fairmount, I had a friend who lived on a pretty decent block in Fairmount who had two cars stolen from outside his house in 2 years.
Anyway, if you do decide to live in Fairmount, in my experience you should avoid parking on Fairmount Ave. at all costs.
