3L OCI / Resume Collects

So, I got a good summer associate position in a secondary market I ultimately do not want to be in.  I would be willing to make it worth, but I want to take a shot at another secondary market, my hometown.  That being said, how easy/hard is it to get a associate position as a 3L, with the following:

Worked at 30+ person firm 1L summer
Summer associate at 160+ firm
EIC of secondary journal
Numerous scholarships
Top 30% at lower Tier 1
