I believe 10 am, for some reason, but can't recall where I got that. Also I think emailing is staggered and happens over the course of a period of time, why I am not sure, perhaps they cant email 40k people at once or what have you.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one anxiously waiting.  I've been checking for the scores from work so often, I'm really not getting any work done.  I should have taken this week off. Driving me crazy!

Nah, better to have something to occupy your time with. I'm off Tuesday and Wednesdays, and even though I don't think the score will be released I still check email and LSAC about every 2 hours. '

In an case, it is crunch time people! I really doubt the LSAC will start releasing scores after a three day weekend (wishful thinking?) so today or tomorrow should be the day! I'm also thinking they may have an automated system that releases scores slowly over the course of a day to prevent overloading their servers, which means it could be released over the weekend? Someone who knows the history of LSAT score releases may be able to shed some light on that, i.e. if they have ever been released on a weekend. Also, the whole Iowa thing (@#!* Iowa) is making me nervous. Not so much if they can process their stuff in time, but if they are going to wait until the cancellation period is over to release the scores. Damn it, I expected my 4th of July to either be bragging to my family about my score or drowning my sorrows in hotdogs and beer. I'm hoping it's not checking my Blackberry every 15 minutes.

Mmmmm... Hot Dogs & Beer...

I think I'll drown in those either way.  If it's a celebration, it'll be Harp and Ballpark.  If I bombed, it'll be Gennie and generic, non-beef franks.  That'll show me.

Perhaps you should set your hopes lower than HYS - the LSAC had since the 16th to rush the other 39,900 scores.

Argo,

I'm not certain if you did not read my post properly, or if you are just particularly dense.

My reply was to the comment "...(2) If they test on 30 June and still get everyone's scores (including Iowa) out on 7/7, then why are waiting almost 3 weeks when it appears LSAC can rush and get it done in about 1 week? "

The author of this comment appears to believe that since the LSAC seems to be able to score the June 30th examinees' tests and release them in one week, then everyones scores should be able to be prepared in a similarly expedient manner.

The author of the comment posed a question: "...why are [we] waiting almost 3 weeks when it appears LSAC can rush and get it done in about 1 week? "

In response to this inquiry, I wrote: "Re: (2)  -   Just because LSAC can prepare 100 scores from one testing location in one week doesn't mean that they can prepare 40,000 scores from EVERY testing center in one week."

Why does it take them 3 weeks and not 1 week? Because of the sheer quantity of exams.

I hope you didn't have this difficult of a time understanding arguments on the LSAT.
