Health Insurance
« on: June 23, 2008, 05:16:31 PM »
Hi all:

I am a rising 3L with no health insurance.  I am looking for something that will last me until next September, but I honestly have no idea what I'm doing.

I am a healthy male, mid-twenties, who does not smoke.  I do not take any prescription drugs and am really only looking for major medical insurance.  Can someone please point me in the right direction or give me some ideas where to turn?

Thank you.

www.eHealthInsurance.com

they really do provide a lot of affordable options to someone in your situation.
The solutions may be more longterm than you're looking for, but it's a good place to start.
You can get a high deductible plan that won't set you back very much.

I'm a male, mid twenties, who does not smoke and my policy costs about 59 bucks a month for a 2500 deductible  ($25 dollar check-ups, smaller pharmacy deductible, low maximum out of pocket)

Doesn't your school offer health insurance?

ABA offers insurance for their members.  You can be a member while in school.  That's where I'm getting mine from while I'm in school since my school doesn't offer it and they can just tack it onto FA so that nothing comes out of pocket for me right now.
