Would it be better for someone to attend a school like Vermont or Oregon, or a top tier school if they were intent on studying enviro law.

I thought about this.  I have a choice between half-tuition at a T3 well-known for environmental law and a T2 at full-price.

It isn't really right to compare Vermont and Oregon.

Vermont is focused nearly entirely on enviromental law; while Oregon has much more to choose from.
