I am beginning to wonder how the scale on this test is going to be. I don't think this was an easy test. Actually, it was, for me, somewhat difficult with the lsat RC passage being dense and one of the LG games being hard.

Any thoughts?

Call me carzy but I can almost gaurantee that the scale is going to be brutal. I'm predicting a 93/100 for a 170.

Isn't the toughest previous scale 91/100 for a 170? I doubt it'll be tougher than that.

Really? That is interesting. For some reason I think it will be generous. Maybe its wishful thinking.

There have been -8=170 a couple of times (most recently in June '07.)

I thought today's LSAT was on the easy side, in the context of the post-2005 exams.  LR were normal, games were easy, and RC, while not easy, wasn't as bad as some recent tests (PT53, for example.)

I'll guess a -9 for 170 curve.  -8 wouldn't surprise me, -10 would be awesome, and I don't think it will be any more generous than that. 

But here's hoping I'm wrong.

I have to think the curve is going to be awful.  It was definitely one of the easiest LSAT's I've ever taken, which is saying a lot considering it was my first real one, and I still found it easier than most/all of the practice ones I took.

That being said, it's probably mostly because I am horrible at the games section, which was fortunately MUCH easier than usual this time.

I don't know. It seems on par to me to the last preptest I took which was June 06 (i think...) and in that prep test a 91 got me a 172 so.....I would assume it would be similar to that. It's hard to know. I mean people can say 'oh i killed it' but you never know until you get the score. I actually thought on of the reading passages was quite tough, the games section was alright, the LR was good but on par with recent prep tests. I don't think it'll be a brutal scale. I would imagine pretty average.
