Unless I'm missing something here, you'd definitely want to cancel the GradPLUS instead of either of the Staffords.  GradPLUS int. rates are 8.5% vs. 6.8% for the Stafford.

Not to mention the subsidized Stafford wouldn't accumulate interest while you're in school...I don't see how this is even a question.

Yeah, even the Unsub Stafford would be better than the PLUS, so I'm not sure why you rejected that first (unless you just didn't like the word "UNsubsidized"?).

Unless you found some super-sweet deal on the PLUS (in which case, tell me what it is!), I believe the order to accept loans is:

U Stafford
