It's good to know not all hope is lost.
I think most US/British firms want you to spend 2-3 years in a U.S. office before working in China anyway, so I'm not completely screwed.
Btw 2LMAN, were you on a journal? Did the firm that hired you have a grade cut off at OCI?
For OCI I am not very confident I will get any interviews, I don't meet the grade cut offs for most of the firms I am intereted in. I hope I can get a lottery slot or too.
Also, does anyone know if OCI lottery slots lead to a job offer?
