To be clear:
In their classroom courses, every question that Kaplan uses is from an actual LSAT administration.
Kaplan's 6 in-class tests that are administered are the actual June 2006, October 2006, December 2006, June 2007, October 2007 and December 2007 tests with sections of previous tests inserted and unscored to make the tests full 5-section tests [the inserted section is treated as an unscored section, just like on test day.] All of the scored questions are the actual PrepTests presented and scored the same way as they were administered during these test administrations.
None of the questions have been mixed within the actual section. This is a total misrepresentation.
Regardless of your experience with Kaplan, their tests are the same PrepTests that you would receive from the LSAC with an early (say, PrepTest 4) section added in to provide a full test.
To be clear, you were caught with 3 accounts from the same IP all posing as Kaplan students in the same thread. 48 hour bannination.http://www.lawschooldiscussion.org/prelaw/index.php/topic,4010525.0.html
