Kentucky ($) vs. Louisville (full)- hypothetical
« on: June 10, 2008, 06:28:46 PM »
Assuming this was a decision I was looking at, which of the following choices would be a better option in you guys opinions: a) Kentucky with maybe half paid by scholarships... or b) Louisville fully paid (with perhaps a stipend?)...

It is not a decision I am having to face, but it is very possible that I could.  What do you think?

Kentucky for a slew of reasons (bar passage, attrition, employment prospects, street cred, etc).

Also, don't count on a full ride to Louisville. Their LSAC data sheet says they had 1 person on a full tuition scholarship and 1 person on a greater than full tuition scholarship last year. If you take the possibility of a full ride to Louisville off the table, Kentucky wins in pretty much any scenario.
