Just found it hilarious

I am a lawyer in Center City Phila and I need a helpful Lawyer for real estate Law, Consumer Protection Law and Business Law.
Must be business-minded and willing to do just about everything. No legal experience necessary. Must follow the pursuit of excellence. Good English and proper business manners required. Must have a dazzling personality.

Wow...20k...that should be enough to pay off the interest at least on someone's student loans AND live in section-8 housing.

This is a contract job.

I would hope $20K is for a temporary position, not annual salary.
