How difficult (or impossible) would it be to transfer from a tier 2 part-time program to a full-time or part-time division at a T20?
You'd probably need to be in the top 10% of your class (just my guess). There's a group on Yahoo! called transferapps. It has a big database of transfer applications. It's kind of a transfer LSN (although not a website, just a list). Anyway, you can probably figure it out there.
