Ranking of LOR from University Admins/Staff 1-10 ! ! !

I was wondering what people think about the significance of LORs from administrators at your school . Please give me some feedback. Thanks

On  Scale from 1-10. Additionally, comments would also be appreciated.

Chancellor
Vice Chancellor
Dean of Students
Dean (specific school)
Professor
TAs

Their title doesn't matter. What matters is that they know you well and can speak in detail about you and your qualifications. Obviously the Chancellor speaking on your half would be better, but I'd rather have a detailed LOR from a grad TA than a generic one that basically says he shook your hand once from the Chancellor.

Dean of the law school you're applying to would probably be a good LOR to get if possible.
