Grad PLUS Loans

Does anyone know when Grad PLUS loans are supposed to be available? I've been trying to do mine for a few months now but everywhere I've looked only has terms through the summer up.

Are you wondering when you can apply, or when the funds will be available?
My grad plus loan will be processed through the financial aid office, so they'd be the ones to ask about funds availability in my case.

When I'll be able to apply. I already have when I get paid on my calendar.

You don't apply for GradPLUS loans until at least June or July because your credit check will expire before classes start and your loan is disbursed.

Your school should notify you when to apply.  My school told me later in June they will send out  more info on loans and the aid package.

Unless I'm doing something horribly wrong (possible) I've already applied for them-

1. My school emailed the award letter in April
2. I downloaded and returned the forms (after picking lenders, entrance counseling, etc)
3. Wait for the school to process it all/MPN/etc...

In other words, shouldn't it tell you what to do on your award letter?

Does getting the award letter mean you're already approved for the Grad Plus? I accepted my aid online last week and haven't gotten the promisary note and counseling packet yet. I'm trying to figure out of I passed the credit check or if it's yet to come.

No, I used the term to describe the financial aid package my school has provided me with...

I received it, filled out a bunch of paperwork, online counseling, etc and then returned the completed forms to my school...

I emailed them to confirm they had everything and they said yes but that's as far as its gotten thus far...
