« on: May 28, 2008, 04:34:20 PM »
Well for this cycle I'm thinking

Franklin Pierce
Suffolk Nights
SUNY Buff
UConn PT
Rutgers
University of Montana

Who wants to place bets on rejections and waitlists this time around?

Your not off the waitlist yet for Rutgers, Villanova, etc, how do you know you are deferring for a year? Did you write LOCIs? What are you doing to improve you chances, retaking LSAT?

If I get into Rutgers I will certainly go and have sent LOCI.  Vill is too expensive, and I've learned alot about non-regional T2s at full price since I first applied.  U. Richmond has gotten a lot of flak about its employment stats, and I dont want to go south, they gave me a fee waiver.  I really just want to work out of my house and write up peoples divorces anyways.  St. Johns just increased tuition to 42 a year...so 210k in loans?  No thanks.

No Shite.  Although I must say, Pennylane proofed mine and liked it.  Validation to some extent?

Retaking LSAT? Just a couple of points might make a world of difference.

I'm sure it wasn't *&^%, I'm just saying it really has to be outstanding.  You should have gotten into Suffolk with your numbers, and had a shot at NEU.

I agree.  It can make a world of a difference.

It was an excellent essay, I say this objectively.  I think I screwed myself in that I wrote about a previous career ambition, and thus reflected poorly on myself.  The generic nature of my next one will shock all.

No doubt.  Only problem is I dont see what school mattering unless I got a 169 or so.  Below  t30 go regional, good rule of thumb right?
