Where Can I Find a Good Basic Introduction to Our Courts System?

I get the District, Appelate (sp?), and SCOTUS thing, but I'm still a little lost on the different state courts (and commonwealth, magistrate), as well as the arrangement of the DA offices in the US.

I don't know what's funnier: Earl's response itself or the thought of WS actually getting pulled over with a joint and a hooker.

State courts are arranged differently depending on the state. You really don't need to know all of them. Your legal research and writing class will teach you what you do need to know.

You'll never stop being a slacker, I see.
*yawn* Sorry...you're not even entertaining at this point.

The joint guy is much funnier.
