It's not necessarily a bad thing, but you should keep in mind that Ole Miss is THE school in Mississippi. Plus, Mississippi probably doesn't have enough legal work to justify two law schools, so there's probably going to be some stiff competition for most of the better jobs. But if you do go there and do well, you should be just fine.
