I'm having this constant debate with a friend, so want to get some outside opinions - just how much of a role does the gender card plays into the diversity game... For instance, are Irish-American (read: white)
females
considered a minority??

no.
Although I've heard from a reliable source that women with super high LSAT scores are much less common than men, so they may get a slight edge over the guys in that category.
