« on: May 07, 2008, 02:45:02 AM »
i got waitlisted at my top choice.
school sent me an email about a month ago asking me
whether i am interested in day or/and evening program.
I told them to consider me for only day program.
However, i now want to ask them to consider me
for both day and evening program.

I can't see why this would be bad.  Flexibility is good.

Absolutely, everyone wants to be a day student, allowing them flexibility may give you a better chance!

Of course its perfectly ok to send an e-mail like that to a school. It'll probably improve your chances of getting in, too.

Just make sure to use better grammar in your e-mail...  :-\

If it's GULC you are talking about, do the part time program.  You can automatically transfer to the day program your second year.  If not, check and see if you can do that at the school you're applying to.  You heard it here first, folks.
