It's a legal exam writing methodology.  It is highly respected and I recommend it as it will definitely help you do better on law school exams.

They have been used once.  No writing, look brand new.  The cheapest on amazon for used versions is 97 bucks plus 4 bucks shipping.

I'll sell it for $100 flat. This system is practically brand new.  I listened to the CD's once and went through the primer, add-on pages once during 1L and that's it.
