Anybody have any experience with it? Either seminar or CDs- are either worth it?

I bought the CDs. I think it was worth it. I don't stick to it unfailingly, but it was a helpful systematic approach.

I think it was worth it. Similar to an above poster, I don't stick to it very closely, but the ideas that he pounds into you are worthwhile and will make a better exam-taker.
