And she was talking to someone during the final 5 minutes of the writing section.

You should report her to LSAC. Although they won't do anything about the score, at least you can try to prevent her from being able to do this again.

At least it was the writing section, nobody will ever read that.

That is certainly unfortunate.  You should immediately report this to the LSAT board, if you have not already.
