Question for the UC Hastings LEOP Applicants

i applied back in Dec. 20. Think my files was completed around mid-January.
I am still waiting. have not heard from them.
what does that mean?
does it basically mean im rejected?..is that what it pretty much look like?

or, do i have any hope? perhaps, waitlist or something?
