ok, what on earth gives you the idea that the international positions are harder to get than the domestic ones, especially when these international offices are often staffed by people who transfer from the US offices. I don't know which firms this guy is looking at, but you are under the misapprehension that foreign offices are harder to get than US ones... what is your basis for this statement.
