BTW, Is there a way I can see how many people are on the list?

I just heard today that the freaking WL is couple hundred.................. :o WTH, did they just put everyone in WL  :'(

I guess more importantly, do they have a "preferred wait list" and a "normal waitlist" or some sort of ranking system (I know they said "they don't have a number system, but c'mon)?

I am sure they already know the people they are going to get...It is just such a horrible system when they place that many people in WL. I live in WA, and not knowing till Aug....how the hell am I going to move in 5 days???!!

The usnews and the schools website looks promising with all the different placement/internships available but then you have to factor in how many students are going to apply for them. I also thing that the competition in LA would be pretty tough with all the law schools there? not to sure though?
