i thought that his Qs at the beginning of his practice exam were relatively easy though missed a decent # at the back end during that long fact pattern re the hackers

yea, i had friends in his evidence class and they said the real exam was significantly harder then the practice.  I mean, i took the evidence exam that he gave (for a different professor, but same exam) and didnt find it too challenging.  My only concern about this one is the amount of people that really comprehend the material (seems like everyone knows it, but not sure if thats just the people I hang out with).  Also, the time is absolutely terrible.  I hate evening exams and wont be able to function come 9pm.
