Two Supreme Court Justices (Thomas and Alito) have been involved in giving lectures and curriculum development at Ave Maria.
I would not feel comfortable in a really Conservative/religious environment, but they are doing some things right. They will never get out of the 4th tier with a 1.3 peer assessment score.
