I just got waitlisted by NYU, and after taking a cursory glance at the google results for their waitlist, I found some people saying that they tend to take a lot of people off the list.
Is this true? My LSAT is a bit low for their stats (164), but my gpa is well above (3.93) and I have good work experience/travel and what I'm assuming were good recommendations.
I am from New York and would have to say that NYU has the best location and the nices facilities in the city. I really wanted to go there, but I got a bit discouraged when I got my LSAT score. How likely do you think my chances are?
