You will be treated relatively the same. The schools want to admit a diversity of applicants, so a couple of students with MBA's may help the school look more diverse. But the advantage of having a combined JD/MBA in the job market is nil, unless you already have a position that wants you to have the JD. All in all, being a minority applicant would probably help you more than having an MBA, as rediculous as that sounds.
