Hi all,
Any rumor about Schools that encourage foreign applicants? Can a foreign applicant hope for a 100% tuition waiver?

I think you'd have to take the LLM for graduates of foreign law schools, and after graduation you'd be able to take the bar. You should call or e-mail a law school in California and ask. Good Luck!
