Actually, I can't contribute, cause nothing is coming to my mind.  However, there were some zany ones in Korea (thankfully they abolished these)

Pretty much, it was a fine system.

You do anything nasty, you get fined.

So you spit, you get fined.  You spit chewing gum, you get fined a bit more.  You litter, you get fined.  You fight in public, you get fined (verbal, if its physical you obviously have other issues).  You cuss, you get fined.

Yes, this didn't work when the cops that were supposed to be enforcing these were spitting, cussing, and all that good *&^%.

Like I said, this was SHORT LIVED (1993)

I think I once read about this Korean law that required the cops to report to the government all the bribes they collected.  Ture?

There are laws in Illinois that prohibit having an erection in public and nude dancing. The prohibition against the public erection has never been challenged in the Supreme Court, but the prohibition against nude dancing has.
