Yes, those scores should be good enough regardless of your racial status (they are certainly better than mine). The 75th percentile rank for Seattle is 158/3.49, so your LSAT is above that, you'll have to explain why your gpa is so low, it really doesnt match your LSAT perfromance. Perhaps you had a difficult major, or went to a tough undergrad school. With regard to your minority status, that will only help you, since most school advertise that they seek a "diverse" class. My own opinions on affirmative action aside, you may want to consider applying to a higher ranked school.
