LR Question - Please help
« on: June 17, 2004, 05:49:43 PM »
Does anyone remember a really long and annoying logical reasoning question about rotating crops and soil nutrient deficiencies?

If so, was this from the experimental section, and if not, what was the right answer?

no that was real.  um I think I said something like it needed to be fertilized since otherwise nothing could grow there.  Or was that how I ruled one out.  I can't remember.

if i recall right the answer i chose was a really simple one-- like some of the vegetables can grow in soil where crops werent rotated and pesticides werent used and nutrients wrent depleted.

point being, EVENTUALLY the nutrients are depleted, but just because the scenario told us no rotation and no pesticides doesnt mean the nutrients were ALREADY depleted.

I hope not... I have an engineering degree.  I'm expecting patent law.  I'm not outgoing enough to litigate.
