In at UCLA

Movement at UCLA from the waitlist.  Just got off the phone with the Dean. I'm newest 1L at UCLA and lovin it. Incredible!  Waited all summer for the call, patience finally paid off.

Would you post your numbers because I am sure other posters who are on the USC waitlist want to know?

According law school numbers PigSkin has a 164 and a 3.87

164/3.89 were my final numbers. I submitted several additional items this summer and kept in touch with the law school.  I tried not to be a pest but did email/phone every couple of weeks.  In fact, I phoned admin this morning and was told that the committee was meeting and there would be "some" movement on the waitlist.  About 2 hours later I got THE phone call.

how did you stay in touch with UCLA?? what does "stay in touch mean"?
