Is compulsive handwashing a bad thing?
I've had that problem since childhood, but IMO it's better to wash your hands too much than too little.

Public bathrooms get the paper towel treatment. Another trick I learned is wait until someone else opens the door and just run through.

We're all starting to sound like Howard Hughes now. . .

I personally do the USDA/ServSafe wash every time I wash my hands. That inspector training only made more paranoid!

i never never touch the flush handle - that's what the rubber sole on the bottom of your shoe is for ;)

I spent the first 14 years of my life "untouching" everything (the act of touching something you touched again, especially if you touched it by accident, to "undo" the first touch, a very common OCD).

OMG...I DO that!!! Didn't realize it was common...weird.

Well my overall level of stress is extremely high right now. Therefore, my neurosis is worse.
